As you are considering membership, you will want to review Science and Health, especially the platform on page 330-340. Also, please review the Church Manual especially the Tenets of The Mother Church (page 15) and "Qualifications for Membership" (page 34). For further insights, read about activities of Church members.

To apply for membership, either go to the online application (English only) or download and print the appropriate application form below and follow the instructions on it. When you have completed the application form, give it to a teacher of Christian Science or any member of The Mother Church to approve and sign.

Applications for membership are welcome at any time. The next admission of new members will take place on November 6, 2009. Properly completed applications must reach the Office of the Clerk no later than November 2.

If you have been taught by an authorized Christian Science teacher, use Form 1. Your teacher will sign the application and send it to the Clerk of The Mother Church. If your Teacher will not be signing your application, please contact the Clerk for a Special Form.
