Correctly completed forms are due June 2, 2010

If you are considering membership in The Mother Church, you will want to review the following:

• The Manual of The Mother Church, especially the Tenets (p. 15) and the "Qualifications for Membership" (p. 34)
• Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, including the platform (pp. 330-340)
• A list of Church member activities

Applications for membership

• You may complete an online application that will be ready to print, sign, and mail to the Office of the Clerk. It is in English only.
• Or you may download membership application forms in various languages and review the basic steps in the application process.
