  5. Obtain Quark files from Sentinel/Journal and format them into Word documents for editing and set up the corresponding xml file that will be used later in deploying the item.
  6. Help to copy edit reprints from the Sentinel/Journal and other projects as assigned.
  7. Prepare Question of the Week e-mails and similar projects as Word document for editing and set up the corresponding xml file that will be used later in deploying the item.
  8. Assist with paylists, copyright releases, verifications.
  9. Change e-mail addresses for registered users of the site.
  10. Assist with research as assigned.
  11. Forward to authors the positive feedback sent to us by Customer Service.
