browser or media player, you can find resources
here to help you. Once you have finished updating,
test your system again.
Windows Media Player
There are different versions of Media Player
for different versions of Windows. Choose
the version that works for your operating
system. The Microsoft site will provide further
instructions. If you are having problems downloading
Windows Media Player, please refer to the
Microsoft Help and Support page.
RealPlayer
Click the link above to download RealPlayer
to your computer automatically. Follow the
instructions that appear on your screen. For
problems downloading RealPlayer, please refer
to the RealPlayer Customer Support page.
Some older computers might not be able to use the latest version of RealPlayer. Check the RealPlayer archives for a more compatible version. Please remember that viewing the Webcast requires at least RealPlayer G2 (version 6) or higher.
